Services

We have provided service to the Florida panhandle for the past few years. In the Destin and Miramar Beach, Fl. area.

Our expanded area of service in 2008 will be from Panama City Beach, Fl. to Gulfport, MS.

Construction Services

1. remove all dirt, trash, and debris from interior of unit. Dispose of as directed by superintendent of job.

2. clean all kitchen cabinets and drawers and kitchen sink. remove any and all temporary protecive coverings and lables on appliances.

3. clean all bathrooms, tubs, toilet, showers, cabinets, and counter tops.

4. Clean the inside and outside of windows and sliding glass doors. We will not scratch or scrape frames.

5. Clean all glass doors and windows, frames, sills and tracks.

6. Clean all closets, storage closets, furnace area and garages.

7.Clean water heaters and vents.

This is just a base list of our construction cleaning most will be more detailed according to scope and others will be customized to contractors needs.

Our residential service is available Monday thru Friday with flexible hours. We complete each job to our customers satifaction. You may choose one of our teams or an individual, for your cleaning needs. We furnish all equipment and supplies. All our clients are special to us and every home is different. We will customize all cleaning to your individual specifications.

Dust all furniture
Dust lamps,mini blinds, picture frames, and ceiling fans.
Clean glass tables, glass cabinets (exterior only).

Dust all furniture, picture frames and lamps.
Change linens
Wash linens (when specified)
Clean all glass and mirrors.
Bathrooms
Clean all surfaces and woodwork.

Disinfect tub and shower
Disinfect toilet inside and out
Empty trash containers
Vacuum, sweep, mop as needed
Wash towels( when specified)
Kitchen
Disinfect sink, counter top and back splash.
Put away all items left out and throw away trash.
Clean all appliances.(stove top, refridgerator,microwave and oven.
Clean cabinet surfaces.

Private Residential Vacation Rentals/Condos & Beach Homes
The list for cleaning your vacation home is similar to residetial cleaning. Except for a few diferences: Like emptying the refridgerator, washing all linens and cleaning patios. checking for lost items, and making sure toilet paper is refilled, soap and amenities are left, and towels are of plenty. Make sure all is clean and ready for the next client.
